"Hi my name is Jerimae Yoder on behalf of Expert Village as far as marketing and promotion goes you want to make sure each venue has sufficient posters or other type of marketing materials that your band uses to let people know that your going to be in the area. Use myspace and find people that are in the area that if it's a college town awesome, get some people on your street team to start handing out posters and things like that. Give them some free tickets to get in back stage passes hanging out with you guys in the bus afterwards take them to steak and shake or something when you get into town. Do something fun like that make it a deal for these for the students to get involved with your band is doing or what's going on. Have a good time man you'll have a really blast with you to because it will feel like your part of the band also. Work with the venues the venues get people coming in all the time and ask them what works best in there area as far as promotion. Radio who can you get on the radio who can you get on the radio station there, TV can you get on a local TV station before hand to start to promote the event. And ask them what there going to do to ensure that you have a lot people showing up at your show cause they want to make some money too. So make sure you just communicating with the venues and how there going to make this a successful event for you guys and for themselves. "
