How to Schedule a Tour for a Band

"Hi my name is Jerimae Yoder on behalf of Expert Village get a tour schedule together after you gotten your booking material out your promo material out and you start putting some dates on a calender or it looks like things are coming together start to pay a little closer attention to where your going and how your route is going to be. One of the really good things that I like to use is called band manager software the software is really cool because you can get all your venues in there locations names, numbers, dates, all those types of things that keeps in one consist location. Other wise just get a spreadsheet put a spreadsheet together where your going contact information peoples names and things like that for peoples venues that you can have this consist pack when you guys get on the road, so you don't have to have tons of paper and things like that to go with you. You have to know where your going you have to have a really good understanding of how your getting from point A to point B so your not driving across the country and getting way lost and taking crazy detours that you never would and showing up at a venue late or not at all and loose in some big cash because you weren't consist. Type it out get detailed make sure all the rest of the band knows what's going on and where you guys are headed."
