"So now I'm going to show you how to mix down the composition you made to a wave file. So you can take it to a official mixing session to pretools whatever you need it. If you want to take it to a different programmer just listen to it on a MP3 player after transferring it to this wave mix down. You can actually change the format again in another piece of software to an official MP3 you can play it anywhere. So basically you're going up here to file and then you're going to come down to export song as audio file or export loop it really doesn't make a difference since we only have 8 bars. The loop is the song but you can export songs as audio file and that will convert it to a wave format so now here I have I'll export it to the desktop since that's pretty easy. What you would do is click save here after you name it, we'll just name it document 1 since that's what it says. Now as your sample rate 44100 hertz is standard 16 bit depth is standard, basically the higher your sample rate the cleaner your sound is going to sound, your mix is going to sound but the more space is going to take up. So 44100 is pretty much the standard where it doesn't take up too much space but it gives you a good professional sound and quality. Click okay here on export audio settings so now it's mixing down everything you had in that little 8 bar loop or 8 bar song and exporting it to the desktop. You can do the same thing for a loop by just going here to file and export loop as audio file so everything that you see here in the sequencer track between the left and the right. Loop indicators would be mixed down into a wave file so you could just listen to the loop or listen to the whole file. You can also import an entire midi file, you go to where ever your midi where after you click import midi fie, and then just double click anyone of these and it will import the midi file and individual track information. That was in that midi file onto your session."
