"Hi my name is Jared today we’re going to be talking about some basic beginner chords that you can start off with strumming. Our first chord we’re going to look at is the D major chord. So we first need to think about the fingering and the position. The position is going to be held on the second fret and third fret. Our fingering is going to held with the first finger the middle finger on the first string second fret and our ring finger on the third fret of the second string. And we want to strum all four strings at once. That produces the D chord. Our second chord is going to be the C chord. And how we do that is we take our first finger place it on the second string the B string, of the first fret. We take our middle finger and place it on the second fret of the fourth string and we take out ring finger and place it on the third fret of the fifth string. That produces the C chord. Our next chord we are going to talk about is the G chord. Take our middle finger place it on the third fret of the sixth string, then we take out first finger and place it in the fifth fret or the second fret of the fifth string, then we take out ring finger and place it on the first string and the third fret. That is G chord. Our next chord we are going to talk about is the E minor chord. We are going to middle finger and our ring finger for these two, place the middle finger on the fifth string second fret, place the ring finger on the fourth string, second fret and strum just the top three. Next string we are going to talk about is A minor. We are going to take our first finger to the second string first fret and we are going to take our second finger and place it on the second string second fret of the fourth string and then are going to take our third finger and place it in the fourth string second fret. We want to go ahead and play all five strings at once. "
