"Hi, I'm JA Donnelly for Expert Village. Today I'm going to talk to you about 4 track recording. Now one of the most important features in any recording today I'm going to use the transport on my synthesizer keyboard here. Basically this transport you'll find this in any other type of program, editing program you have your basic rewind just like set recorders if you remember those days. Then you have fast forward, stop if you want to stop a track and of course play, stop rewind play and the very important record buttons. Of course if you want to record something, you will usually press the record button by itself or in a lot of cases it's the record button and play together. You hit the two buttons at the same time to start recording on a transport."
