"Ok, so the first thing you want to do is decide what height you want your handles. I like them to be kind of high so that you can get hands underneath really easily if you're baking. And this one's actually a steamer on the inside. Like I was showing you earlier, so you do want the handles to be high so that it won't sit down in the pot. That the handles will be reachable. And my sides are very dry and firm and my handles are not. So I really want to get this scored and slipped up. Get it really goopy, so that they'll connect together really well. I'm just going to add a lot of water there. OK. And now I'll score and slip the backside of my handle. I don't have to do whole lot as much on this, because it's a lot more moist. So now I'll hold the handle up against the pot where I want it to go. And then again, I'm going to take this wooden knife and push in. And then I'll take the wooden knife and push in at the corner, but this time I'm going to kind of slowly bring it out and continue to compress to make sure that, that whole side is connected to the casserole. And then all you have to do is shape it how you want it to be shaped. I like to go back in and put that detail. And then I'll put on the other handle and the casserole will be ready to finish."
