"Hi guys, what we're going to do now is teach you your footwork for the Frisbee turn o.k.? Now this is very similar to your cross body lead, we're just going to tweak it up just a little bit o.k.? So I'm going to demonstrate from the back a little bit so you can see the footwork better. We're going to go forward on one, guys, here instead of stepping place guys, we're going to cheat here. We're actually going to step to the side on two and we're going to open up on three. What we're trying to do here is make sure we are out of the female's way. So one more time the first half. I'm going to go forward on one, I'm going to step to the side on two, and open up on three. So I'm going to do it from the side way to show you the second half. So we're going to go forward on one, out on two, open on three. From here guys, you're going to take your right leg, step back on five, now this step back guys, is very small, nothing huge, you're basically stepping in place. So it's going to step in place on five, step forward six, together seven. O.k.? So let me demonstrate it full speed. It's going to go, one, two, open, five, forward, together. O.k.? One more time this way. Five, six, seven. One, two, open, back in place together. One time from the back. Five, six, seven. One, two, open, back, step forward, together and that right there guys is your footwork for the Frisbee turn."
