"Hi I'm Emily Larew and we're continuing on with our beginning hip hop combination. We're starting with a third count on eight, counts one through four. So our feet are apart. We just finished our one-legged butterfly, seven eight. You're going to push off your right leg onto your left. So we are over here on our right, we're going to push, left right. And our right heel comes up, OK? So seven, eight and one, and my arm's turned right there. Eight and one, you're going to swivel over, do a heel toe all the way over on that part. So ready, five, six, seven and eight, and one two. From there you're going to bring your right foot together, three. As you do that you're right, your arms come together, so it's left over right and you're going to push, three and do a body roll. So it's like someone has a rolling pin and is rolling the cookie dough out on you, OK? So you bring it back, three, in. Here we go. Five, six, seven, eight. And one and this is on two, two we're going to ball and change, bring it right left on and three. When we step together, two, we step and three. And what you're doing is you're hollowing out your stomach as you land on three, pelvis forward versus standing straight up. Three, your right arm comes around, four and you look over your right shoulder. So take that again, five, six, seven, eight, and one and two, right left turn four. And you're frozen. My feet didn't move; I stayed there. Take it from the top. Five, six, seven, eight, one and two and three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One and two three, four and five and six, seven, eight. And one and two and three, four. Good. And that was our third count of eight, counts one through four."
