"Hi I'm Emily Larew, we are continuing on with our beginning hip hop combination. We are now on the second count of eight, counts five through eight. So, once again with our feet actually apart cause we just unwound and our feet are apart, from there you're just there on four. You're going to bring your right leg in and five and six. Do it again, ready, three, four and five and six. Ready, try it again, and five and six. Now as you can tell, my body is going to turn towards my leg that I'm stepping in and out with and I'm using my contractions. So ready, three, four, and five and six. And actually my hands will stay here from here we're going to go out. You're going to do a one leg butterfly with your right leg, and it's going to go out, in out. So I'm on the ball of my right foot and it's going to come out, in, out. And that's what I do with my arm as well. Right arm goes in out, in out. Left hand stays on the hip. So seven and eight. Good. So we just did three, four, and five and six, out in out, on the eight. And as you can tell, I'm kind of popping my head over to the right as I lean and snap, pop. Good. So take it back, let's do it slow. Here we go. One and two and three, four, five, six, seven, eight. We've got one and two, three, four and five and six and seven, eight. Good. And that was your second count of eight, five, six, seven, eight."
