"Hi I'm Emily Larew, we're going to continue on with our beginning hip hop combination. We're going to start with the second count of eight, counts one through four. After I explain them, we're going to add and combine the first count of eight with this next four. So we just finished our walks and our feet are together. From there you're going to have your hands on your thighs, so it's not really on your hips, it's right here. What you're going to do is you're going to tap, right ball of your foot, side, back. Ready, try it again. We're going to go front, side, back. Now what I want you to do is I want you to lean with it. So we're going to lean to the right, to the left, to the right. Try it again. Right, left, right. Good, now add your shoulders. So we're going to go, right shoulder, left shoulder, right. Here we go. Seven and one and two. Good. One more time, seven, eight. A one and two. From there, I want you to get low as we unwind. So we're going to bend low, three, we're going to shoot it out, four. Good. Back again, we go down, three and four. Alright, so put that together. Six, seven, eight, we've got a one and two, three, four. Good. Take it from the top. Let's combine it. Five, six, seven, eight, we've got a one and two and three, four, five, six, seven and eight, and one and two, three, four. Good. That was the second count of eight, counts one through four."
