"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're going to take a look at how to do a shuffle ball change, using your toe stand, for another little fun trick. So what you're going to do is, you're going to balance on the toe, tip, tip, top of your toe, on your right foot. Make sure you keep that knee bent, all right, and pull up, make sure you don't have a wobbly torso. We're going to stand on our toe and really quickly shuffle, ball change, okay? So again, standing on your toe, shuffle, ball change. So make sure that you're really pulling up because if you really sink into that toe it's going to really hurt and you're going to have a lot of complaints. So, turn around, we have ...all right. So make sure again, on your shuffle ball change, you got to pull it up. Toe, shuffle, ball change, toe, shuffle, ball change. So I'm trying to go slow and it's really hard to do it on this slow shuffle ball change. So go quick, da da da da da, da da da da da, da da da da da. Okay? So again, keep those knees bent, weight over those toes, yes? And make sure that shuffle is on the side of your ball of your foot. Try not to get a scrapey motion as you're doing it, because it's easy to do, when you're standing on your toes. All right. So again, that was your toe stand with a shuffle ball change."
