"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're continuing to add on to our tap basics. I'm going to teach you the cramproll time step. So turn around, we're going to start with brush, hop, flap, flap. Here we go, five, six, seven, so you're going to brush backwards, brush, hop, flap. So I kind of went backwards and forwards in the same motion and I didn't really do anything else, okay? Brush, hop, flap, flap, from there we're going to step, step, heel, dig. So a dig is just when your heel is just taps the floor, and you dig into the floor, almost like you've got a bug underneath there. Okay. So turn around, five, six, seven, we have brush, hop, flap, flap, step, heel, dig. All right, then we're going to reverse it to the left. Brush, hop, we're going to flap forward, flap, step, heel, dig. Again, brush, hop, flap, flap, step, heel, dig. Brush, hop, flap, flap, step, heel, dig. All right, so we just want to make sure you're constantly changing your weight and keeping it right underneath yourself so you don't have major weight changes, all right. Try it, five, six, seven, eight, brush, hop. And again as you can kind of tell from that cramproll time step, you have that cramproll rhythm in your head. Good job. "
