"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're now taking a look at flap double heels. When we're doing our double heels, you can either do them flap, double heel, front, back, or flap, double heel, back, front. So let's take a look at those. So we're going to start with our right foot, and we have flap, going front and back just means, your right foot's in front, so you're going to drop your front heel first, front, and you pick up your back foot to drop that heel. Back. So again, otherwise, if you don't use your plie, it's going to sound like this. All right. You got to make sure you really press down into the floor, dig into it, dig deep. Five, six, seven. So you've got flap, front, back, all right. And usually on the flap front and backs you're not transferring your weight, so you're going to kind of be stuck on that right leg. So you could do flap, front, back, all right. So, now I want you to look at flap double heels back front. Those are generally what you'll use a little bit more because you're going to be traveling with them. So, we have flap, use your back foot, heel front. Flap, back, front. Flap, back, front, flap, back, front. And remember you got to make sure you stay off your heels on those flaps and keep thinking about where you need your weight transferring, because otherwise you're going to get all mixed up. Let's put them together a little faster. Five, six, seven, eight. Flap...good. That was flap double heels, back, front, and front, back."
