"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're continuing now with our flaps. So we're going to do a little sequence called flap, flap, flap, hop. All right. So what we're going to do is, we're just trying to make us a little bit more advanced in our flaps as well. Get easier and easier as we're doing running flaps, okay. So we're going to take our right foot, make sure your knees are bent. We're going to do a running flap, two, three. All I want you to do is hop on that last one. Make sure your hop doesn't get lost in the sounds, you want to make sure again it's a sound. So make sure you hear it. Ready, right, six, seven, eight. Flap, flap, flap, hop. Flap, flap, flap, hop. Good! Another one we that can do is flap, hop, flap, hop, flap, flap, flap, hop. So, we have our right foot and we're going to go flap, hop, flap, hop, flap, two, three, hop. Good! Try that one more time. Five, six, seven, eight. Flap, hop, flap, hop, flap, flap, flap, hop. Good! And again you're using them in your running sequence. So you're going to just want to pick up those feet, and make sure you hear those sounds when you hop."
