"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and now we're going to take a look at running flaps. So, as we're doing our running flap, we still have two sounds using brush step. What I want you to do is you're going to pick up your back, your foot, whatever foot you're going to flap on - you need to make sure you bring it up so you can run on it. So what we're going to do is we're going to just try it in place, we're going to go brush step. So that's how I want you to start it. So we're going to run onto it. You got to make sure you brush step as you hit the floor. Seven, eight, brush step. Five, six, seven, eight, brush step. Good. Now let's try the left foot. Five, six, seven, eight, brush step. So you're pushing off the supporting leg that you can get that full little ankle flap before you, as you do your flap. Flop and into your flap. Seven, eight, brush step. Push it off. Good. Let's try two in a row. Five, six, seven, eight, flap, flap. Woo! So as you can tell you got to pick up those feet, keeping a bend in your knees. Five, six, seven, eight, flap, brush step, brush step, brush step, just like you were jogging down the street. Good, a little bit faster. Five, six, seven, and a run, two, three, four. Kick up your feet every time...before you do your running flap. And that was a great job for your tap basics."
