Hi, I'm Emily Larew. We're continuing now with our tap basics, doing walking flaps. So, you are going to want to kind of fa-lap your foot, but we're going to start with the - just the basic, basic, basic standing still. Okay. So we're going to use the ball of our foot, and it's just a brush step. That's how you break down your flap. So knees are bent, and you're going to transfer your weight forward as we walk. So we have brush, step. So what I need you to do is just loosen up that ankle and have flap, again, flap, flap, flap. Good, try the left. Flap, brush step, brush step, brush step. Now as we're walking, you want to just give a slight bend to your knees, and you're just going to transfer it. So we have brush step, put your weight on it. Let foot goes brush step. Put your weight on it. Flap, flap. So as you can see we're making two sounds. Let's try it one more time. Five, six, seven, and, flap, flap, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And make sure that as you're walking you wouldn't walk...stiff-legged right. You want to make sure that you have a nice bend and your weight goes with the foot that you're walking on. So that's why you want to make sure the same thing happens when you're doing your walking flaps.
