Hi. I'm Emily Larew, and we're going to take a look at another way of doing the Maxie Ford. So this time we're facing forward. We're going to start with a jump instead of the shuffle, because in the first Maxie Ford we did a shuffle, jump toe, step. And now we're going to do jump, shuffle, jump toe, step. So with our right foot, we're going to pick it up and we're going to start jumping on our right foot and leap, shuffle, jump toe. Again, jump, shuffle, jump toe. Or, you can say leap. Leap, shuffle, leap toe. And leap, shuffle, leap toe. Good! So that is your second way of doing your Maxie Ford. I want you to try it on the left because, again, this is kind of tricky because you're using your weight transitions. So left foot goes: leap, shuffle,-make sure you push out that left foot-leap toe. Again, leap, shuffle, leap toe. One more time, leap, shuffle, leap toe. And you're traveling back and forth. So, as we start doing turns, you're going to understand why we need to push from one foot to the other for our second Maxie Ford.
