Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and now we're going to look at Traveling Irishes with a ball change. So if you've looked at our previous clip, we've talked about how to do an Irish, now we're just going to the next level. So, we're going to start center floor. All you're going to do is you're going to be traveling front and back. So, keeping our feet turned out, we have shuffle, hop step, you're going to cross it right in front of you, all right. Then we have the left foot because your weight transfers to the right. We have shuffle, hop step, one more. Shuffle, hop front, you're going to ball change, because your weight, you just stepped on your right foot, so your weight's in the front foot. You have back, front. All right. So now where's your weight? It should be in the front. But let's do that one sequence one more time. Going to the front, you have three Irishes and a ball change. So five, six, seven, eight. Shuffle, hop step, shuffle, hop step, shuffle, hop step. Back, front. Now what I want you to do is pick up your back foot and we're going to shuffle to the side again. Shuffle, hop back, shuffle, hop back, shuffle, hop back, front, back. All right. It's just very important that you're not doing anything really that tricky with your weight transfer. You just need to make sure whatever foot you put down, that's where you want your weight to be, so you can easily use the other foot. So good, that was your Traveling Irishes, front and back, with the ball change.
