Hi I'm Emily Larew continuing on with our advanced tap footwork. We're going to take a look at now how to do swap pullbacks. So I want you to start at your bar or your chair on one foot with your right foot up, OK? On your right foot with your left foot up, OK? So what we're going to do, is I want you to start on the flat foot first to get your feeling. What you're going to do is you're going to do two sounds. You're going to start on one foot. The brush is going to happen on your right. You're going to land on your left to complete the second sound. So again, we're going to wave our toes, make sure you plie, push off and we go, brush step. So you still have those two sounds. Plie, good. So now what I want you to do is switch to the other foot. Be on your left, you're going to plie, pick up those toes, brush step. One more time, brush step. And remember when you land, be off your heel because you don't want any other extra sounds, because a swap pullback is just two sounds unless you want to add another sound which we will talk about later. So again, so you can keep switching back and forth with these swap pullbacks. You go. Yes, and those are your swap pullbacks.
