"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're continuing on with our advanced tap footwork. We're going to look at now a double pull back. So, what I want you to do is hands you can be a little bit heavier to start with on the bar, so a little bit firmer grip. And what we're going to do is a double pullback makes two sounds, and we're the whole name of the pullback comes from that you're pulling it backwards. So you're going to use the ball of your feet, and it's just going to be a brush, step; you're pulling it back. Try it with me; with your right foot forward, we're going to brush, back, okay? So, both feet are going to be parallel; they don't have to be together, just a little small distance; like maybe a little smaller than shoulder width apart. You're going to lift your toes for a little nice cheat, and you're going to plie; nice bend, and you're going to push off the floor to get those two sounds; brush step. So try it again; heels up, toes up, press down to the floor, and push, brush, step, good, and then as you get lighter at the bar, use your fingertips instead of the whole grip, bend, push. Pretty soon you're going to want to just go stomp, stomp, pull back; stomp, stomp, pull back, good. And then when you're ready, just keep going, pull back, pull back, pull back, pull back, and pull it on back. Good job."
