"Hi I'm Emily Larew and we're going to work on body wave going backwards and forwards. So, we're going to start with our feet wide apart knees bent. We're going to go backwards first so what I want you to is start with your head and we're got to roll our head, lean our head back and one vertebrae at a time we're going to roll it down. Alright? So explaining this now we're going to roll our head back then we're going to roll our shoulders like we're hitting a brick wall. Our middle of the back comes, lower of our back and then we are at a sitting position. O.K. so go from the side we're going to pretend there's a wall behind you and actually if you have a wall at home it's really helpful to be standing a little bit away from your wall and you can press your head into it feeling one vertebra at a time so that you know you're rolling and not looking hitting different parts of your body first. Like going da uh a uh and all sorts of weird things. So going from the side so you can see it this way, we have the head, shoulders, upper, middle lower and sit. One more time, roll and sit, good. From there let's try a couple slow and the we'll speed it up. So here we go. Five, six, seven, slow. Slow and sit, slow and sit, and fast, six, seven, eight. Good, that was awesome now let's try it from bottoms up. We're going to start sitting then we're going to roll our hips forward and our belly button up to our chest to our head. So sit, roll it up, all the way up. So turning from the side you want to sit low pelvis, stomach, chest, head. Sit, pelvis, stomach, chest, head. Let's take it slow and fast, ready. Here we go five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Awesome those are body rolls forwards and backwards."
