"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're going to continue with elbow pops. So we just did arm waves in the previous demonstration, and now we're going to add elbow pops with that demonstration. So, you are going to be feet apart, and what I want you to do--I'm going to stand more on this angle again--you're going to turn your body towards the right. So let's just pretend like we just finished those arm waves, so right from there you're going to actually add your elbow pop. What I want you to do is your elbows going to go out, out. And it's going to hit it nice and sharp. So, out, out, out--you almost want it to feel like a chicken except you're not up here. So keep it down here and your elbow's going to go out as you lean forward. Out, out, and bring it back in, out, seven and eight. Let's try to go faster. And also adding--I don't know if you can see this--is a contraction with my body as I'm going. Pop, pop, and I'm hitting it hard as I go in, so almost like you got punched in the gut. So, we're going to go, one, two, three, four, elbow out, seven, eight. And it just adds to your pop when you can add other dimensions of your body to it as well, instead of focusing on one part. So ready, let's try it on the left. Here we go. So we're going to pop it out, out, out, out, as we lean, forward, forward, ready let's speed that up. Here we go, one, two, three, four, five, pop that elbow. Good job. Those are your elbow pops."
