Hi, I'm Emily Larew and now we are going to focus on arm waves. So, explaining this you are feet apart. What I want you to do is you're going to turn your body to face--actually I'm going to turn this way a little bit more--you're going to turn your body towards your right, because we're going to focus on our right arm. What's going to happen is you're going to actually hide it behind you as you're facing the mirror. You want to lead with your shoulders. So I'm going to lean forward, my shoulder comes forward. So do that again. Lean forward, the shoulder comes forward. Now, you're going to break it down where you lean forward, your shoulder comes elbow, wrist, and fingers. Then as you lean back it goes shoulder, elbow, wrist, and fingers. So we lean, it carries the elbow, then elbow back as you lean back. So forward, two, elbow back, four. Make sure to keep your fingers together because otherwise we're looking like you know a little bit more jazz a little salsa, a little flamingo. So make sure to keep your arms here, fingers straight. One, two, lean front and back. Front and back, front and back. So let me do that too so you can see it coming from your angle. So I'm ready, so I'm turning my body towards the right. Ready here we go. And one, pop, wave it back, five, six, seven, eight. And as you can see I'm turning my ribcage and my torso so that you can kind of see that I've hidden my arm. All right, let's try it to the left. Here we go, and shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, elbow and back, lean it forward and back, forward and back. Keeping a nice straight line all the way through your arm. Good job. Those were arm waves.
