"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we are going to take a look on how to do a flap scoot, or you can call it a flap chug, all right. So what we're going to do is, our right foot is going to start out with a flap, now, what I want you to do, is your left foot is going to scoot or chug into the place of the right foot. So you're going to pull across the floor and chug it to take the place of it. Okay. So we have flap, you're going to pull that left foot in, slide, and you're going to drop that left heel in place of the right, and bend your knee down. Okay. And then you'll be ready to go again. So try it, flap, leave your foot on the floor, ball of your foot scrapes, chug, flap, scoot. Alright. So whatever you want to call it, the scoot or the chug, let's go with our scoot. Five, six, seven, so we have, flap, scoot, flap, scoot. So can you hear that little scraping noise? And in that instance, scraping is okay. Alright. Ready, one more time, let's add our hands, five, six, seven, so we have, flap, scoot, flap, scoot. So we can do whatever you want as you're rolling along. I just want to make sure that you have those sounds in there as you're doing your flap scoot across the floor."
