"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're here to wrap up the flap heel turns with our flap double heel. So, we're going to start slow and then speed them up as we go. This one we're going to do flap double heel back front, okay. So as we step out, we have flap, back front, all right, so make sure your weight goes, back front. Not hugely, but just enough that you can get those extra sounds in, all right. Seven, and, flap, back front, flap, back front, flap, back front, flap, back front. And as you can see I'm using those double heels to help start my turn and rotation around, okay? Also, make sure, as you're first starting to learn them, you want to make sure that you are keeping them underneath yourself because if you start going way out, you're never going to get your speed up at all, okay? So keep them underneath yourself. Five, six, seven, so we have, flap, back front, flap, back front, flap, back front, flap, back front. All right. A little bit faster. Five, six, seven, eight, da, da. And those are your flap double heels."
