"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and now we're going to step it up a notch and we're going to do flap single heel turns. So, we've already done, and we've already learned how to do a regular flap turn. So let's start again with our hands on our hips, all you got to do is make sure you put your heel into the ground, bend your knees so you get that extra weight, okay. So we have flap, heel, yes. Then as we turn off our heel, because we don't want to turn on our heels, yes, we're going to flap our heel with the left foot. So we have flap, heel, flap, heel. Some people find the flap single heels even easier than a regular flap turn, because you have your heel to push off of to twist around, all right. So continuing now let's put two together. Five, six, seven, eight. We have flap, heel, flap, heel, flap, heel, flap, heel. So as you can see I'm constantly using my feet to turn around, the balls of the feet, to push off. Otherwise you're just going to get tangled, and all wrapped up in yourself. All right. One more time. Five, six, seven, eight. Flap, heel, flap, heel. And those are your flap single heel turns."
