"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're going to take a look at cramp rolls. So, turn around. We're going to keep our knees slightly bent, weight in the balls of our feet, yet again. So what we're going to do is we're going to break it down. Cramp rolls are four sounds. So you have a ball, ball, heel, heel. Okay. So we're going to start with our right foot, and we have step, step, heel, heel. Again. Step, step, heel, heel. Try that again, so we get used to that. And remember our key thing is that whenever we drop our heels on the floor really dig your weight into it, okay? Use your plie. So five, six, seven, eight. Step, step, heel, heel. As you can tell, I'm jumping into it now. One, two, three, four. So now what you want to aim for is a cramp roll, you're rolling into it. So we have da da da da. Five, six, seven, eight. That's the next level. Jump, jump, heel, heel. And seven, eight. As we go faster, we're going to sound like this. And a five, six, five, six, seven, eight. Awesome. Those were your cramp rolls."
