"Hi. I'm Emily Larew. And, we're continuing now with our intermediate tap steps. We're going to learn how to do a Front Wing. So, we've been doing them out to the side, right? Scraping out, brush in. Keeping our toes forward and parallel to the audience, right. And, we've been scraping out brush in on the balls of our feet. Now, to do a front wing what I want you to do is you're going to push out brush out scrape out straightaway out on your ball of your foot. So, there's no side of this time. Ok? You're going to push straight out on the ball of your foot, brush in. Push out, brush in. So, scrape it out. Push, push your foot and in. So, left foot we go push and in. So, you get that scraping. So, it's not a brush. Because, otherwise you're never going to get that in. You've got to push against the floor. Push, brush step. Push, brush step. So, still three sounds. Now, what I want you to do is you're going to plie and jump. Jump. Jump. Good. That's your front wing with the barre using your plie and using the ball of your foot, instead of scrape. So, then just go lighter and use your fingertips. Jump and a wing. And, then let go completely when you're ready. And, that's your Front Wing."
