Hi I'm Emily Larew, and we're going to teach you how to do a wing. So all you need to do is you need to have a chair or a bar. You can sit in your chair to get the first general idea of how to do a wing, or you can stand at the bar, either way I'm going to show you how to do it. Your wing needs to have three sounds in it, what I want you to do is pretend that you have gum stuck to the side of your shoe right here. You got to keep your toes forward, knees bent, weight on the balls of your feet. So what we're going to do is we're going to take one foot at time, so take your right foot I'm going to use my left foot so we can just be mirroring each other. We have out, brush, step, that's your three sounds. Scrape out, brush, step. And where did that scrape come from? That side of the tap right up there by the ball, okay. So we have out, brush in, out, brush in. Try your left foot. Out, brush, in, out, brush, in, one, one, two, three, good. Now putting those feet together, I want you to make sure that you have a firm grip on the bar, you're going to use it, help it let it be a tool to you. You're going to pliee, you're going to push off the floor, and what happens is you're going to go, let me actually do it slow motion, out brush step. Again, out brush step. So taking it little bit lighter at the bar, we're going to jump, jump, jump and a wing, jump and a wing. Alright, and then away from the bar, you have to make sure that you're pulled up, keep your weight light on your balls of your feet, and. Awesome, good job, that was how you do a wing.
