"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're going to do a Suzy Q with a step, heel. Some of you might have never even heard of a Suzy Q, so I'm going to go and start with that and then we'll add our step, heel. So, what we're going to do is, you're going to put your right heel over in front of your left, I want you to put all your weight on that heel, so you're almost like you're flying over. So try it again. So you're going to put your heel down, your toe is up so make sure there's no dropping there, and keep your knee bent, fly over and land on the left foot. Try it one more time. So we've got Suzie Q and you step together. We've got a left foot, Suzie Q, so how many sounds do we have here, 1, 2, 3, clap, heel, over, step, clap. So just make sure that you're transferring your weight and keeping your weight right in that heel so you don't drop it at all, okay? Now to add the step, heel, we're going to add the step, heel at first. So we're going to step, heel, Suzie Q, step, heel, Suzie Q, step, heel, Suzie Q, step, heel, Suzie Q. Now you can see that it gets a little bit tricky because you kind of have to transfer your weight from your heel to your ball. So let's do it a little quicker, keep your knees bent and keep your weight focused in the middle, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1. That was your Suzy Q with a step, heel."
