"Hi, I'm Emily Larew. We're continuing on with our tap warm up doing a ball, change, hop, step, so we're getting a little tricky here, adding some combinations that we've started with at the beginning of our tap warm up. Well, we are going to be on the ball again, make sure we're not flatfooted, our ball change starts with ball, step, alright? And you can do ball changes in different directions, but for this time, right now, we're going to take it to the back, we have ball, change. Good! Make sure, again, that you're pressing into the floor keeping those knees bent. You don't want to use your whole foot, you've got to make sure you use from the knee down on your ball changes. So we have, ball, change, hop, step, and you're going to put it down right beside you so you can switch, so make sure you transfer your weight to your right side. We have ball, change, hop, step. Again, ball, change, hop, step, ball, change, hop, step. On this ball, change, hop, step, you're going to notice a little warming up on your calves, which is great because that's what we're trying to do. So I want you to go a little bit faster, try it, 5, 6, 7, 8, ball, change, hop, step. So make sure you pick up your knee on that hop so it's nice and crystal clear, not scraping. You know what I mean? You don't want to do that, so make sure they're nice and crisp and clear while you're doing your tap warm up."
