"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're continuing on with our tap warm up. We're going to look at jumping jacks adding a half a wing. So it's a little bit trickier, but in time you'll definitely be able to do it. So, we're going to start our jumping jack by jumping out, okay, and then as we are out, you need to make sure your knees are bent so you have somewhere to push off, okay? And as we close back in, you're going to do a brush, step, keeping your feet parallel, make sure they're not turned out, alright? So you want your toes straight forward, and as you jump out, both feet are going to brush in, and that brush happens, again, on the ball of your foot, the very bottom of your foot, brush sideways on the side of it and land together, okay? So let's try just a couple on the right, brush, step, come out, brush, step. Try it on the left, out, brush, step, out, brush, step. And your arms are definitely going to help you here because it will help you with your plie and pushing off the ground. So we're going to jump out, brush in, out, brush in, out, brush in, out, brush in. And as you can see, I'm off my heels so make sure that you don't get lazy and drop those heels down, okay? One more time, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Good! And those were jumping jacks with a half a wing."
