"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, and we're going to now look at jump toe. So we're going to still use the balls of our feet for this exercise, and we're going to add our toes. So, you're going to start with your left foot, I want you to jump onto your right foot, make sure you're not putting your heel down as well, that would be a different kind of exercise. So keep on the balls of your feet, jump, toe, jump, toe, jump, toe, jump, toe, and as you land make sure that you bend your knees and when you do your toe drop in the back, make sure that you pick it right back up so you get a nice crisp sound, that you're not leaving it down, because then you start getting scraping motions and it just doesn't sound good. So let's do a few together, do it as slow, 6, 7, 8, so we have jump, toe, jump, toe. Good! Now we can also get a little faster, and you can combine it with a hop step, hop, step, hop, step, hop, step, hop, step, jump, toe, jump, toe, jump, toe, jump, toe. Nice! And make sure that you're always keeping your levels really loud so that you can hear them, because otherwise why would we be tapping?"
