Hi I'm Emily Larew continuing on with our hip hop series. We're going on with counts five through eight and this is going to kind of deal with a heel ball walk. So we are here. We just finished our jumps. Three, four, you're going to jump out. Your hands, right hand is going to clasp with your left wrist, and left hand is straight out in a high five shock position. Alright, make sure there's energy. It comes from your chest. You're going to jump out. Five and be low, low, low, low, low, come back in six, alright? So try that again. So we just ended up with three, four, jump out, five, six. From there you're going to do your heel ball walk. Your hands are going to go to your hips and you're going to walk heel, your hips are going to go to the right. So you have heel, and eight. That's all that there is to that. So ready, you're going to go, seven and eight. OK? So make it nice and quick. We've got, seven and eight. Good. And as I lower the right ball, my left heel comes off the floor on eight as well. Alright? So we did one, two, three, four, five, six, seven and eight. Good. And as you can see, I added my upper body to that, and I went left shoulder, right, left. Good, that was awesome, heel ball walk.
