"Hi, I'm Emily Larew continuing on with our hip hop series counts one through four. We're going to roll from the floor and stand up with a body roll, okay? So we just finished five, six and we did our roll. Seven, eight, head roll. We're going to push our right leg in. So it's going to look like this. Remember, I'm opposite of you. So if I'm here, my right leg is going in, alright? So we're going to push in, seven, eight. One, you're going to sit on your right hip. You're going to roll on your bum towards the back, left leg comes down, right leg comes up, and as you push up, your hands are going to roll through and go to your hips. So you have three jump, four, okay, and your hands are on your hips, nice and sassy facing the corner. Okay? So come back down to the floor. So we just did five, six and we did our head roll. Seven, eight slide. One over, two, step three, jump on four, alright? Push up on and four. Let's do it a little faster, one more time. So five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four. Nice. That was our roll on the floor with our body roll up."
