Hi, I'm Emily Larew continuing now with our hip hop series. We are now on counts five through eight and we're going to do a knee spin with a head roll. We're getting a little sassy here, alright? So we just did our lunge. Three, four, hands were on the floor. From here, you are going to push back on because I am really far over onto my left leg. You're going to want to push up. You're going to spin five, alright, all the way around putting your knees down, okay? Try it again. So we're here on five, push off with both hands and keep your knees on the floor. Don't switch, okay? We're going to turn to the right. So we did this on four. We're going to spin, five. What I want you to do is slide this right knee out as we slap, six. From there, you're going to roll your head around like you're having a good time just dancing and partying by yourself, okay? So six, we're going to roll our head to the left and around. We're going to start going down. Seven, eight. Are you ready? So let's try that. We're here on four. We're going to push up. Make sure you use your arms to help spin you. If you're just going to rely on your knees, they're going to hurt and you're only going to make it probably to the back, a half turn. So three, four, we go five slide it out, six roll seven, eight. Good. So that was our knee spin with a head roll.
