Hi, I'm Emily Larew. We're on counts one through four on our hip hop series. So, we're going to do a crawl forward and a knee lunge. So, we just bang the floor here on eight, alright? We're going to crawl forward with our right hand leading out and we're crawling towards the diagonal. So remember, this is my front, out here, and I'm on a corner angle. So, I did eight. I'm crawling, one, two and I sink back down again. My toes are up and my head comes up. So, do it again. Seven, eight. I'm going to go one and let's look up on two, alright? Now we're going to push back into it, three, you're going to lean forward. Pick your left foot up on four, alright, and you're going to lunge forward. Alright, try that again. So we just did this on eight. We've got one and two, sink your bottom down. Then we're going to push up, three. Lunge on four. Let's keep those hands on the floor this time, okay? One more time, five, six, seven, eight. Ah one and two, push three, lean four. Awesome. Good job. That was our roll to the tummy pushing up with a knee lunge.
