"Hi, I'm Emily Larew and we're now on counts five, six, seven, eight for our hip hop series. So, we're already on the floor and we did our pop out, yes? Where we shot it out, it's all called the shoot out and we're ready to go into a jazz split with our left leg, alright? Onto our tummy. So we're going to push off of our right leg. Our left leg is going to extend and what you're going to do is just lift and push all the way up on that left arm. Yes, and your right arm comes over. You have all the way over onto your stomach, right here. Okay? So, come back because that was one, two, three, four. We're going to push, five and you turn your head to the left. Over on six. You're going to push back up to your bootie on your feet, seven, from there you're going to pound the floor, eight. Okay? You're frustrated and you want to vent it out, alright, so that's what I want you, kind of feeling to get. Now make sure when you're here on your tummy, keep it light so that your weight is in your arms. Otherwise, if you totally rest on your stomach, you're going to have a hard time getting off the floor when it gets faster, alright? So, over on six, slide up, seven, pound, eight. Good. So, let's do that again. So, we're on the floor into our jazz split on your tummy. So two, three, four we're going to push, five over, six up, seven and eight. Awesome. Good."
