Hi, I'm Emily Larew. Continuing on with our hip hop series. So we're now on counts 1 2 3 4 and we're spinning on the floor. Alright and we're doing kind of a popping motion with our body and legs and head. So we just came down and we had our hand pointed to the floor, this is actually 8. So we're going to roll onto our right hip, put your right hand down, you're going to roll your head 1 2, alright. So make sure your legs are together and your hands are straight behind you, fingers facing the audience, okay. One more time 6 7 8 we roll head, head rolls to the left 1 2, from there you are going to shoot out your heels. To toes up make sure your booty is off the floor, pelvis to the ceiling and back in. So that's just your legs and that goes 3 4 so you have 3 4, you also want to make sure you are opening your chest and looking up at the ceiling and popping it 3 and back down 4. So it's going to look like 3 4, good make sure you bring your feet together so they are not out here when you land, okay. So we're back up here 6 7 8 we go 1 2 3 4, awesome one more time 6 7 8 1 2 3 4, great that was our spin to the floor.
