Hi, I'm Emily Larew and now we're continuing on with our series. We're going to do counts one through eight in this time and we're going to do kind of a bowling motion with a pop, okay? So,we're just going to start ball change on and four. Your right arm is going to come around and it's actually a finger, so we're not full-on bowling, like we do with two fingers and a thumb, but our fingers are going to come around like we're bowling down the lane. We're going to go two. You're going to pull three lower, and pop and four, alright, and come down to your knee. Alright, no hand on the floor, just stay down. So, three and four. We've got five, hold through six, seven and eight. Good. One more time. Two, three and four. We've got five, six, seven and eight. Make sure your finger and your arm stays straight here. It doesn't bend as you pop. You don't want to pull it into chest. So, make sure that it comes out, pop down. Keep it straight and you want to have a parallel line between your arm and your leg. Okay? So, keep it strong all the way down to the floor. Ready? One more time. So, we have one, two three, four, five, six, seven and eight. Good. That was our bowling and our pop.
