Hi, I'm Emily Larew, continuing on with our intermediate hip hop combination. We're now on the seventh count of eight, counts one through four. We're adding a drag turn with a knee crunch, and you'll see how all that fits together in just a second. So we just smacked on eight, from there we're going to take our right foot and step on it, one, two, all right. So here we go. Try it again. Seven and eight, a one, let's do this on and, so we have a little bit more time on our drag turn to get us around. So we're going to throw our left arm forward, and our right shoulders will twist with it. We're going to turn to the right, all your weight's going to be on this right leg, and your left foot is going to drag behind you bent, here, okay. So we did seven and eight, we've got one, and I twisted so I can use my upper body as well, two, and my arms come underneath. So we're back into our chief position again, left underneath, right on top. All right, we did two, I'm going to have you stop on three. We're going to crunch it, you bring your knee up, and four. So we lean, left elbow tries to touch the outside of the knee, four, and you lean. Good. So try it again. We just did seven, eight. A one and two, hold, three and four. Nice. Make that really sharp. Again, you want to crunch it, so it's not going to go and four. Crunch, ha! Your chips don't crunch softly, right? They don't go and crunch. Make sure it's loud and snappy, all right. So, one more time, five, six, seven, eight. A one and two, hold, three and four. Good. Let's take the from the top. Slow, so we hold, one, two, three, four, walk it five, six, seven, jump, eight. A one and two, three, four, five and six, seven, eight, and one, two, three and four, five, six, and seven, eight. One and two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, lower, lower, lower, lower, eight. One and two, three and four, and five, six, seven and eight. A one and two, three, four, five and six, seven, eight. A one and two, step three, and four. Good. That was our drag turn with knee crunch for intermediate hip hop combination.
