So we just finished our snake on four, we're going to sit, all you're going to do is you're going to sit. You're hips go from the left, to the right, six, then you're going to pop, seven, and then you're going to throw them to the left, all right. So try it again, make sure you keep your knees bent. We just did our snake, three, four, we've got five, six, we carry them to the right, pop seven, throw it eight, okay. Good. So looking from the side one more time, or actually from the front, let's do that. So I just did our snake to four so we go from the left to the right, and then pop your chest, throw them to the left, all right. Good. So, we're here, and now we're going to add the heel pops. We stepped out on four, hands are on your thighs, you're going to pop, five and, so drop your heels two times, five and. Good. And then pop your chest, six, and then we've got, actually that was on six, that was on seven. Then you're going to throw it and slap it on eight. Okay, and make sure that hip comes back through, not just landing right here, all right. Because otherwise you won't be able to see it. So we did three, four, five, and six, so do three heel pops.
