"Hi I'm Emily Larew continuing on with our intermediate hip hop combination. We're now going to add arm snaps and knee isolations. Alright so we are when we just turn around seven, eight. We're going to step out with your left foot this time and our right arm is going to snap down. Alright so as you step out your left leg and knee is isolated into the other one alright? And you're hiding your left arm. So we've got seven, eight. A one, so step out turn that in a one and, so you're snapping down you're left arm the right and both knees end up close together. Ready eight, a one and, were going to snap out and jump together arms go up and out shoot. Alright, so try it again seven, eight. A one and two, you're going to arms break at the elbows as you step forward three, you're left foot taps around and you're going to push off of it, you're going to snake four. As you step toes are facing left ok? So, put that together we just did two, we step on our right foot three and turn around as you put your left foot down to make it forward four. Alright head rolls from the right all the way down up to the left and you release it. Ok good job! So let's put that together, seven, eight, a one and two, three and four. There good job! A little bit quicker, five, six, seven, eight. A one and two and three, four. Good let's alright take it from the top. Here we go, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and one, two, three and four, five, six, and seven, eight. One and two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, and five, six, seven and eight. A one and two, three and four.
