Hi, I'm Emily Larew, continuing on with our hip hop intermediate combination. We are on the fifth count of eight, counts five through eight, and we're going to add our knee throw and push, okay. So, we're down on the floor and we just finished our four where our right foot is up. From there you're going to push out, and five, all right. So my right arm straightens and, and my left shoulder goes up, I lean away from my leg, and if you can see this, my right foot is on the side as I push out. So your totally sickling that ankle, okay. And it goes and five, and five. Good. So we're here on four, and five, you're going to lean forward six, make sure you put those elbows back. You're going to push off the front foot and push back, seven, you're going to, right foot wraps around and, eight. And you just jump together, arms come down. All right, let's look at that again. You're here on four, and five, reach six, push seven, and you drag that foot on the floor, and eight. Good. One more time and then we'll add it together. So three, four, and five, six, push, seven, and eight. Good. Let's add it to the top. Are you ready? We're going to hold one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, five and six, seven, eight, and one, two, three and four, five, six, and seven, eight. Lean one and two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, and five, six, push seven, and eight. Good. That was your knee throw and spin-up on intermediate hip hop combination.
