Hi, I'm Emily Larew. And we're continuing on with our advanced hip-hop combination. We're on the fourteenth count of eight, counts one through four, and we're going to do a spin coming off the floor. So, we just came, we're still on the floor our arms are crossed right over left. And we're going to hit and one. So I want you to lift up, you're kind of sunken down right now into your stomach and into your leg, I want you to come up and out of it and hit and one. Big chest pops. From there we're going to step and lean over, so we're going to transfer our weight again, push on the right foot. We have two, you're going to pretend like there's a big little river here, big little river. OK? A big river but we're going to make it small because we can't fit it in this room. You want to wave your fingers through the water as you come up. OK? So we've got and one, flow through the river and push off the left over to the right, two. Your left foot is going to come around behind you, three and turn to front, four. Good. Try that again. We're down on the floor, six, seven, eight. And one, wave two, cross three and four. And our arms are just down. Good. And make sure you're not afraid to use that arm to help give you some momentum as you come around. Good. That was our spin off the floor for advanced hip-hop combination.
