"Hi, I'm Emily Larew. Continuing on with our advanced hip-hop combination. We are now on our thirteenth count of eight, counts five through eight, and we're going to do a transfer of weight from the floor. So, we've just finished our roll. Our left hand is on, well it was on our leg, we're actually going to push off of it and go to our, we can put it behind our head or if you hat on you could grab your hat, or if you've got your hoodie on and up you can grab your hoodie as well. OK? So what you're going to do is you're going to push off this right hand and push off your foot to hit five. So what's going to happen is, is you want to keep your leg bent and foot flexed. What's going to happen is I want you to pop it five. OK? So it's like a chest pop, you're going to release your lower back and open your chest up and hit it sharp. OK? So we hit three, four, we pop five. You're going to come down six, and make sure you stay low, seven, you're going to put your hands on your legs, eight. OK? Let's try it again. So we just did our roll, two, three, four, we're going to pop it five, six, seven, eight. And our head comes up. Yes? That was great. Make sure you're on the ball of your left foot and you land just like this. OK? Way to go. That was our weight transfer for our advanced hip-hop combination."
