"Hi, I'm Emily Larew continuing on with our intermediate hip hop combination. We're now on our eighth count of eight, counts one through four, adding our pound and slide. So, we just finished our body roll traveling, seven and eight. We're going to hit--these hands are going to move towards our right heel. So you're going to pick it up, one. And you don't actually hit your heel, but you want to crunch it over really sharp. Seven and eight, one, you're going to put your toe back on the floor, your heel's going to pop twice, and two. So make sure I really see that, bend it. And two, pick it up. Don't do this because you won't be able to see it. And two. So we've got one, your right hand's going to come up and you have a fist, your left hand stays flexed right here in front of you, and two. So it raises up. It's like you've got a hammer and you're about ready to pound and it stops at two different stages. And you're holding the wood down here with your left hand. So we have seven and eight, one and two. Then what you're going to do is you're going to lean forward, three, and you're going to start to pound it, and everything goes forward. So you're going to push three, then you're going to slide forward, left heel leads, and four. Good. So make sure your hand comes from that pounding to an open hand, all right. Seven and eight. So we've got a one and two, three, four. And you drag that back toe behind you. And my left hand stays here the whole time. All right, try it again. So we just had finished seven, eight. Here we go, one. Here we go, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, good. Let's take it from the top. Ready, five, six, five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, five, six, and seven, eight. One and two, three, four, five and six, seven, eight. One and two, three and four, five, six, seven and eight. One and two, three, four. Good job. And that was our pound and slide for our intermediate hip hop combination. "
