"Hi, I'm Emily Larew, continuing on with our intermediate Hip Hop combination. We're now on our third count of eight, count five through eight. We just finished our unwind and we are sitting into our hip; left hip with our hand on our hip. You're going to then with this right foot that's bent; you're going to step forward on it straight to the right. You're going to make sure that your legs are straight and you're bending forward kind of sticking the booty out a little bit. So, we're going to go five and you're going to pull your left foot in and pop your right foot again. On six; step forward seven straight legs again, pop it in eight. Alright, so we're back here leaning into our left hip and this is on four; we go, five, six, seven, and eight. So, all I'm doing, one more time, is bringing the left foot into the right. The left foot takes the place of the right and therefore, I pop it up. Right; and then left takes the place of it, right. Alright, from there, you're going to use your arm. You're just going to snap it out there as you step, pull it in, step, pull it in. Good. Ready with counts. So, five, six, seven. You've got five, six, seven, eight. Good. Try it from the top. Ready, here we go; five, six, seven, eight; one and two, three, four, five, six, seven eight. One two, three , four, five, six, seven, eight. One and two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Good and that was your intermediate Hip Hop combination; counts five, six, seven, eight, four, three."
