"Hi, I'm Emily Larew and we're continuing on with our intermediate hip hop combination. We're on our second count of 8, counts 5 through 8. So we just finished dusting, brushing it off and our hand is on our hip and we're looking to the left. From there, your right arm is going to carry down and around, and all you're going to do is snap down, down, down, so three snaps. Okay? So with that we're going down, down, down, your heel is going to pop, 5, 6, 7, and I want you to lean to the right as you do it. 5, 6, 7. So you have to push off that ball of the foot in order to keep going back over onto it. Okay? So here on 4, we've got 5, 6, 7. Good. Then, with those three counts I want you to use your head, so we're going to go right, right, right. And again, the more you do those little neck exercises, the more muscles you'll be able to stretch, and you'll be able to do this bigger. So we got 5, 6, 7. You're going to take your left foot and you're going to pull it in to the right and face the wall, alright, on the side, so stage left. So we've got 5, 6, 7, pull it in, your arm punches straight down, 8 and you drop it. Good. Try it again. So we did 3, 4, we go 5, 6, 7, 8. Good. Take it from the top. 6, 7, and, 1 and 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Good. That was the second count of 8, counts 5 through 8 for intermediate hip hop combination."
