Hi, I'm Emily Larew. In this next series we're going to be looking at today we are going to be a little bit more funky in our hip hop choreography. This is advance hip hop choreography so let's get funky with it. This is the first kind of 8 for the 4 counts; let's start with our right foot. We're going to go 1 2 so make sure you lean with your hips okay, as you stomp down. So we got 1 2 step straight forward 3, we're going to turn our toes 4 alright, in step through with that right foot. Do it one more time 6 here we go 5 6 7 8, I got 1 2 3 4 so nice make sure to move you don't stand in that little box. Okay, travel outside of it now we're going to do is right hand is on your hip, left hand is pushing on your head as it comes off. So we got 1 2 your left arms comes around and you roll 3 you're going to sit on 4. So you do a head toss and then roll it okay, here we go 5 6 7 8 1 2 3 4 and you're going to slap it when you sit here on 4, hard. Make sure it's not just your for arms down but you are getting your elbows to breathe and you sit. Good. That was our head toss with a roll and that was our advance hip hop funk choreography.
